Marina Abramović Element (MAE) is a digital art project that extends Marina Abramović’s practice into the digital realm. Through the creation of her avatar, Abramović explores new ways of presence, endurance, and transformation beyond the limits of the physical body. Drawing from her most significant works and structured in releases that mark key moments in the artist’s journey, MAE introduces a new way of engaging with performance art—allowing its works to be collected as artworks in their own right.
